Terms of Service

Effective February 3, 2026 · The Flow State Method LLC ("Company", "we", "us")

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a session, or using any service offered by The Flow State Method LLC ("Services"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our separate Liability Waiver & Release. If you do not agree, do not book a session or use the Services.

2. Services Provided

The Company offers private boxing coaching delivered via live Zoom video sessions. Current offerings include: (a) the Better Through Boxing Basics Program — a 6-week structured program consisting of six (6) private 40-minute Zoom sessions delivered weekly, plus WhatsApp access to the coach between sessions, designed to build proficiency in stance, footwork, defensive blocks, and the Core 4 punches (jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook); and (b) single 40-minute drop-in Zoom sessions at the standard rate, with a discounted alumni rate available to clients who have completed the Basics Program. All sessions are instructional only. The Company does not provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic services, and is not physically present during a session.

3. Eligibility & Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book a session. Sessions for athletes under 18 must be booked, paid for, and signed for by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and the Waiver on the minor's behalf.

4. Booking, Scheduling & Confirmation

All bookings are payment for a session (or program) reserved with the coach. Specific Zoom session times are coordinated between Client and Coach based on mutual availability. When you book, you provide a preferred start time and your general availability — Coach Chris confirms a final session time within 48 hours via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form. Sessions are conducted via Zoom; the meeting link is sent once the time is confirmed. Clients are responsible for being prepared on time with appropriate space, equipment, and internet connectivity.

5. Fees & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is collected through Stripe at the time of booking. The Company does not store full card details. Prices are subject to change with notice, but confirmed bookings will not be re-priced.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Refund Policy

All sessions are non-refundable. Payment reserves the coach's time and is not returned in cash for any reason, including cancellation, no-show, schedule change, or change of mind. The Company offers rescheduling only, subject to the rules below:

  • 24+ hours before session: reschedule to any future available slot at no additional cost.
  • Less than 24 hours before session: session is forfeit. No reschedule, no refund.
  • No-show or arriving more than 10 minutes late: session is forfeit. No reschedule, no refund.
  • Coach-initiated cancellation or technical failure on the coach's side: session is rescheduled at no cost at the Client's convenience.

Rescheduling requests must be sent in writing (via the contact form or by replying to your booking confirmation) and confirmed by the Company before the cancellation deadline.

7. Referral Credit Program

Each Client receives a unique referral code. When a new Client signs up using that code and completes their first paid session, both the referring Client and the new Client receive a $20 USD non-transferable session credit, automatically applied to the next eligible booking. Credit has no cash value, cannot be combined with other discounts beyond what the system applies automatically, and expires 12 months after issuance. The Company reserves the right to invalidate credits obtained through abuse, fraud, or self-referral.

8. Client Conduct

Clients agree to follow all coaching instructions, train with appropriate respect, refrain from harassment of the coach or fellow group athletes, and avoid recording or live-streaming sessions without the coach's prior written consent. The Company may terminate any session, refuse future service, and forfeit unused fees for material violations.

9. Session Requirements & Client Responsibilities

For every session you are responsible for: (a) a safe training space free of obstructions; (b) a stable internet connection and a working camera/microphone; (c) appropriate footwear, attire, and any equipment you choose to use (gloves, wraps, bag, mirror); (d) supervision of any third party in the room (especially minors); (e) compliance with local laws regarding training in your space. The coach is not physically present and cannot prevent injuries, spot you, intervene, or provide first aid.

10. Photo / Video / Likeness Release

By booking and attending a session, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymous, non-identifying clips, screen captures, and audio for promotion, social media (including @flow_state_method on Instagram), or training materials. You may revoke this consent for any future content by emailing the Company in writing. Identifiable footage requires your separate written consent.

11. Health, Fitness & Medical Disclosure

You represent that you are physically able to participate in boxing instruction and have consulted a physician if you have any condition that could affect safe participation. You agree to disclose to the coach any injury, condition, medication, pregnancy, or limitation that could affect training, and to stop training immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms. This program is fitness instruction only; it is not medical care.

12. Intellectual Property

All training materials, drills, programming, the "Flow State Method" name, and content created by the Company are the Company's intellectual property. You may use them for your personal training only — no resale, redistribution, or republication.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, Coach Christopher, and any agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account or refuse service at any time, with or without cause. You may close your account at any time by contacting the Company.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Somerset County, NJ under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or the booking flow. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
